1. The first step in your pet's journey is selecting the right transport service. We offer a variety of options to suit different needs and preferences: Pet Express, Shuttle Service, Flight Companion, Auto & Pet Relocation, and Owner Ride-Along.

• Pet Express is our premium, one-on-one service, providing a highly personalized, luxurious experience for your pet. With this service, your pet travels alone, ensuring they receive individual attention and care. This option doesn’t follow a pre-planned route, giving you the flexibility to meet your specific timing and travel needs.

• Shuttle Service is a value-driven option for those looking to transport their pets within nearby cities or across the country. While it involves a pre-planned route, it still guarantees the same high level of care as our other services. This option is designed for clients who want a more affordable choice without compromising the well-being of their pets.

• Flight Companion ensures your pet travels in comfort and safety, accompanied by a trusted professional. Your pet will be escorted through every part of their journey, from boarding to arrival, ensuring a stress-free experience.

• Auto & Pet Relocation combines the convenience of transporting your pet alongside your vehicle, ensuring both your pet and car arrive safely at their destination.

• Owner Ride-Along lets you accompany your pet throughout the journey. This option offers peace of mind, as you can stay with your pet during the entire transport process.

1. Once you’ve decided on the service that works best for you, simply fill out our form for a free estimate. Our coordination specialist will reach out to finalize the details and help with the next steps.

2. For those using Shuttle Service, please ensure someone is available at the time of delivery. If you can’t be there, we recommend using Rover.com to arrange a boarder for your pet, so we can coordinate the drop-off for you.

1. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for your pet, there are a few things you can do to help us out. Please make sure your pet(s) are clean and have been taken outside to use the bathroom before we pick them up.

2. For cats, please place them in a safe and secure room prior to pickup. This ensures a seamless and stress-free transition for them when we arrive.

3. For dogs, make sure their collar is securely fastened and appropriate for travel. Additionally, with today’s technology, we highly recommend placing an AirTag or similar tracking device on their collar, whether you're transporting them or not. This will give you peace of mind knowing where your pet is at all times, even after they’ve arrived home.

4. Please note that drivers may have blackout periods where they are not available. However, you will always be able to track your pet during transport, providing you with full visibility throughout the journey.

6. If your pet is on a specific diet, be sure to prepare and label their food. If you have multiple pets, please separate their meals. For pets that require fresh or home-prepared food, please provide a small cooler with ice, and our driver will ensure it stays fresh during transport.

7. If your pet takes medication, please provide written instructions along with verbal communication of the details to your trip coordinator and the driver during pickup to ensure accurate administration.
